Planned Events

Three distances are scheduled for each age class. Point scoring for each final race will determine overall winners in each class, and winners must have skated all three distances. Skaters below senior category may challenge up; skaters above senior category may challenge down. Depending on the number of entries in each class, classes and male/female may be combined at the discretion of the meet director to enhance the competition; awards will be awarded based on class entered. Additionally, separate 3000m races and awards are planned for men and women. Qualifiers for these 3000m races will be based on fastest 15 male and female times from the 1000m distances skated in the meet.
